2) There is no guarantee the commercials will run, as the station may preempt them for news or other reasons. If your commercial does not run the full term, you will receive a prorata refund for the days it does not run.
3) Advertiser agrees to indemnify DiningDealsOnTV.com for claims arising from Advertiser's failure to perform.
